If you would like to return an item, we provide a simple return process. As we currently do not offer direct exchanges, you will need to return the desired item and place a new order for the correct size or different item you would like instead. Here's how you can return your order:
- Visit our Returns Center to initiate the return process.
- Follow the step-by-step instructions to submit your return and receive a prepaid shipping label or QR code.
- Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and with all tags and liners attached. Please note that we do not accept returns on any Final Sale items.
- Select whether you would prefer to receive a refund or a gift card code when initiating your return. If you choose not to use the gift card code, a refund will be applied to your original form of payment within a specified date range after our warehouse receives the package back.
- If you want to place a new order for a different size or style, do so, and we will refund the return fee upon your request via email communication.
Please be aware that you have 21 days from the date that you receive your package to initiate a return. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund or gift card value, and shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. Should the Returns Center webpage be unavailable or if you encounter issues during the return process, please reach out to us for assistance, and we will provide an alternative solution.
