It’s past the delivery date and my order still hasn’t arrived yet. What do I do?

We will issue a replacement if the items are available. If the items are no longer available, we will issue a full refund.
If you need the items by a certain date, please specify your departure date as well.
If you would like a refund instead of a replacement, please specify in the email.
